Feb. 8, 2018; by Paul Fassa (Silver Bulletin e-News Magazine) PART 2; H2O2, commonly known as hydrogen peroxide, is an oxygenator. Most pathogenic microbes are anaerobic, meaning they thrive without oxygen. Conversely, oxygen spoils their party in your body’s cells. Since healthy cells are aerobic and utilize oxygen for metabolizing nutrients, they are left alone by hydrogen peroxide.
The best choice for H2O2 is food grade at 3 percent levels, which is appropriate for human and animal use internally and externally. The common over-the-counter (OTC) hydrogen peroxide contains additives and preservatives that prohibit oral consumption, which is possible food grade 3 percent hydrogen peroxide diluted with purified or distilled water. But there are several who use spray bottles to inhale it into the lungs, even a daily basis.
My personal choice is the more expensive food grade H2O2, which can be purchased online or in select health food stores. But I have used non-food grade hydrogen peroxide without adverse reactions on occasion. The technique I’ve been exposed to involves spraying three times into the open mouth with an in-breath, short pause, then repeating.
Another technique used on the early onset of cold or flu symptoms with hydrogen peroxide through the ears. Any type of H2O2 is appropriate for this. Place a dropper full of hydrogen peroxide into one ear while lying on the side opposite that ear or tilting your head the other way. Allow the fizzing to occur, a sign that pathogens are being oxygenated while maintaining that position.
When the fizzing stops, drain that ear and repeat with the other ear. This technique was devised in Germany around 1928 when Dr. Richard Simmons posited that cold and virus pathogens enter through the ears and the inner ear serves as a Petri dish to culture them. Today there are those who swear by the ear H2O2 technique, a very safe method that should be used at the very first sign of flu or colds. (Source)
There is an herbal remedy sold by some health food stores called Black Elderberry, and the premier brand is called Sambucol, developed by Israeli virologist Dr. Madeleine Mumcuoglu tested her product during the Southern Israel flu epidemic of 1992-3.
“Within 24 hours, 20% of those patients taking Sambucol had dramatic improvements in symptoms like fever, muscle aches and pains and coughing. By the second day, 73% were improved and by day three, 90%. In the untreated group, only 16% felt better after two days. The majority of that group took almost a week to begin feeling better.” (Source)
Compare those time-frames of recovery with very expensive Tamiflu’s results that take five plus days to show up. And the side effects from expensive Tamiflu discussed later in this article or possibly part two, can be frightening. Tamiflu was banned for teens and children in Japan for some time due to suicidal attempts among them after taking Tamiflu.
If you can’t find Sambucol in a store you might try an online source. If you’re into making your own tinctures, make sure you use black elderberries. Store-bought solutions should use the same type of elderberries and be without high fructose corns syrup (HFCS) as a sweetener.
Of course, any one or any combination of some or all of these might be the best way to handle yourself during the flu season. Also, practice stressing less and resting more while hydrating sufficiently with real spring water or reverse osmosis purified water dispensed from
The Most Publicized Over the Counter (OTC) Pharmaceutical Anti-Viral is a Dangerous Fraud
What you don’t need if you come down with the flu is Tamiflu. Around a hundred dollars gets you just enough for one round of the flu, which has been tested to reduce flu symptoms only one day earlier than most get over the flu on average without this drug.
And this drug does come with some nasty side neurological side effects that include suicidal thoughts and actions. And Tamiflu offers physiological reactions, some of which go unreported, such as excessive uncontrollable vomiting, pneumonia, and one person reported a severe blood disorder from Tamiflu that almost killed her. Do Flu Shots Work or Are the Risks Greater Than the Benefits?
Are you familiar with the Cochrane Collaboration? It is a global independent network of researchers, professionals, and people interested in health. They provide third-party unbiased systematic reviews of published studies to determine their veracity and come to their own conclusion of a particular medical intervention or drug.
And I can comfortably say that the Cochrane Collaboration is not too impressed with vaccine efficacy. Their 2010 study conclusions were summarized by The Alliance for Human Research Protection (AHRP). Here’s an excerpt from the Cochrane Collaboration:
Over 200 viruses cause influenza and influenza-like illness which produce the same symptoms (fever, headache, aches and pains, cough and runny noses). Without laboratory tests, doctors cannot tell the two illnesses apart. Both last for days and rarely lead to death or serious illness. At best, vaccines might be effective against only influenza A and B, which represent about 10% of all circulating viruses. Each year, the World Health Organization recommends which viral strains should be included in vaccinations for the forthcoming season.
And here a few one-liners AHRP gleaned from that 2010 Cochrane flu shot systemic review study of 50 published flu shot reports:
- Specifically, EVIDENCE REFUTES the claims that the flu vaccine prevents the flu;
- EVIDENCE REFUTES the claim that it prevents viral transmission in healthy adults;
- EVIDENCE REFUTES the claim that the vaccine prevents complications and “saves lives.”
- EVIDENCE shows little or no benefit for influenza vaccinations.
And furthermore –
- “…industry funded studies were published in more prestigious journals and cited more than other studies…”
- “…reliable evidence on influenza vaccines is thin…”
- “…there is evidence of widespread manipulation of conclusions…”
Keep in mind how the lack of severity of the flu was expressed in the paragraph excerpt. Influenza is rarely serious and the cause of death. However, the risk of paralysis from Guillain Barre’ Syndrome is a well known but under-reported flu shot side effect.

He is amazed at the ignorance of natural medicine and how beneficial foods and herbs are constantly ignored or vilified in order to promote toxic foods and meds by Big Pharma, the FDA, USDA, and the AMA, what he likes to call the “Medical Mafia”. Paul Fassa sees the struggle for health freedom and the need for improving and preserving our food supply as key issues in today’s crazy world.
