Nutritional Healing for Arthritis

For some, it’s gotten to the point of needing medication to treat which, I understand for some may feel like a last resort, however this method is unsafe for overall health and usually creates more joint pain. There are over 16,500 Americans each year that die from arthritis medications, a completely unnecessary death when natural remedies have been shown to be more effective than medication alternatives. Everyone tends to view natural methods of healing as “Alternative Medicine” when really, it’s what God intended us to use and is easy for the body to process, as there are no toxins which are found in mainstream medicine. Just one example from the Bible; Isaiah 38:21 Now Isaiah had said, “Let them take a cake of figs and apply it to the boil, that he may recover.”  Early on we see examples of using natural components to heal a number of issues. Arthritis is no different, and it is possible to fully heal and be pain free from Arthritis. More than 50 million adults and close to 300,000 children suffer with some form of a joint disease (there are 100 different kinds of arthritis and related conditions). The two main types of arthritis Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis damages the joints in different ways. Known causes for Arthritis pain include:

  • Injury – leading to degenerative arthritis.
  • Abnormal metabolism – leading to gout and pseudogout.
  • Inheritance – such as in osteoarthritis.
  • Infections – such as in the arthritis of Lyme disease.
  • Immune system dysfunction – such as in RA and SLE.

  • Inability to do daily activities like walk or climb stairs
  • Stiffness
  • Swelling
  • Redness
  • Decreased range of motion

Nutritional Healing for Arthritis

Since our bodies are composed of essential trace minerals, vitamins, and nutrients, it only makes sense that when something goes wrong we are lacking a specific kind of mineral/vitamin/nutrient and we need to implement with proper food and supplementation.

Forget managing your pain, eliminate it completely following these necessary steps:

  1. Repair the Damage that’s Been Done – The very best product on the market that I know of is JointCare which contains essential nutrients our joints need to repair damage such as MSM, Tumeric, Aloe Vera, Glucosamine HCI, Chondroatine Sulfate, Vitamin C and Vitmain D.
  2. Reverse Inflammation – Use natural anti-inflammatories to reduce inflammation and eliminate pain such as: Colloidal Silver (take as directed for therapeutic use on label)  Liposomal Vitamin C (take as labeled for therapeutic use), Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Flaxseed Oil) , Boswellia (also known as Frankincense, in one study it showed that this decreased arthritis pain by 80%. Take 90-1000 mg a day and large doses of Enzymes between meals.
  3. Restore Proper Function – create healthy habits if you don’t already have them in place such as stretching, exercise, and weight loss.
  4. Rule out and Treat Infections and Food Allergies – there could be a number of things creating an infection that’s causing the arthritis, use Colloidal Silver– Take 1-3 teaspoons daily on an empty stomach. Silver kills bacterial, viral, and fungal infections in the joints which can be a cause of joint problems. Fungal may be is the most common, especially if you have ever had a Candida/yeast infection.

Other helpful nutrients:

  • Liposomal Vitamin C – Liposomal Vitamin C is generally produced with ultra-sound for molecular encapsulation in lecithin.
    Dr. Ken’s Miracle Magnesium Oil – This oil of magnesium chloride with a dimethylsulfoxide carrier can give deep tissue hydration and pain relief for sore and stiff joints.
  • CMO – For therapeutic use, take 2-3 capsules 3 times per day. Cetyl myristoleate is a powerful lubricant that can reduce joint pain. (Do not consume alcohol with this product as it can interfere with its effectiveness.)
