Can anyone help me with some health tips? Im very worried about getting fat in the future (im 18). Im not really fat. I have some chub on my thighs, but nothing major, but im still VERY worried! What foods should I cut back on? What should I start on? What excersizes would help? Should I even be concerned? Any kind of tips or help on the subject would work!
