(UtopiaSilver.com) When Louis Pasteur was making his germ theory of disease dogma, a dogma that was exploited by modern medicine into finding dangerous pharmaceutical medicines for every “bug”, there were others who openly disagreed. The “inner terrain” is all, the germ is nothing was a slogan of Pasteur’s adversarial colleagues. (It is well understood in natural healing that we can fight and prevent disease by alkalizing our inner terrain.)
Among them were Antoine Beauchamp and Claude Bernard. They posited that most microbes were beneficial or neutral, but became pathogenic when the inner biological terrain was out of homeostasis or balance. They had observed that pathogens could not survive in healthy tissue.
Although Big Pharma has exploited the one invading microbe for every disease and made billions, it ignores the principle of inner biological terrain balance. When it it goes out of balance, the existing benign or beneficial microbes that are normally scavengers of metabolic cellular waste get nasty. They even change characteristics.
After Raymond Royal Rife developed the first microscope in the 1930s that could observe live viruses as they change shape and characteristic according to the tissue’s health. Microbial polymorphic theorists had their proof. But it has been ignored.
Good diets and lifestyles can maintain a balance inner biological terrain that easily wards off microbes that are considered disease causing – it’s called the immune system. But healthy humans who take responsibility for their health are not profitable. Ironically, pharmaceutical synthetic medical medicines, including synthetic antibiotics and vaccines, throw the inner terrain further out of balance.
An analogy for the inner biological terrain is stagnant water and mosquitoes. Mosquitoes are attracted to stagnant water. They don’t create it. Once the water is stagnant, it becomes a home for mosquitoes to breed and proliferate. Fresh living water won’t allow that to occur.
Your Accessible Inner Biological Terrain Barometer
It’s called the pH factor. A mildly alkaline pH level of 7.0 to 7.5 is very healthy. Acidity is the most common characteristic among most of us today, thanks to our crappy diets and heavily polluted environments. A pH above that range creates a rare alkaline imbalance, which is also unhealthy.
You can get pH strips to check your inner biological terrain balance, but it’s a little tricky since you use those to test urine or saliva, not your overall blood pH. And very often it could be a particular organ with an unhealthy pH, especially with cancer.
Your saliva and urine readings will vary throughout the day. It’s easy to do, but can be confusing. So it’s best to average the readings throughout the day. First urination of the day may be lower (more acidic) than usual. Saliva readings should be away an hour or two away from eating.

Some foods like coffee, red meat, sugars, refined carbohydrates, and other processed foods are acid forming. Vegetables and fruits tend to be alkaline forming. The word forming is important because the food itself could be acidic, but it is alkaline forming in the buffer system of our inner biological terrain. That’s the situation with lemons and limes, considered acidic until they go into your body. And that’s why a warm glass of lemon or lime water without sweetener is a good way to start the day. Alkaline water is heavily promoted as a magic bullet to reduce acidity, but many contest it’s efficacy.
There is one proven alkaline magic bullet that is ignored, and it’s very accessible and cheap – bicarbonate of soda or baking soda, not to be confused with baking powder.

Baking soda or bicarbonate of soda does not contain aluminum. That’s what’s normally in baking powder unless designated as aluminum free. Higher prices for aluminum free baking soda is like charging more for gluten free water.
Before the end of WW II when Big Pharma began ruling medicine, doctors often prescribed baking soda or bicarbonate of soda (pH 8.3) in water for ill patients for one or two weeks.
It’s been over six years since Vernon Johnston cured his metastasized cancer using mostly baking soda and molasses. Five years cancer free is the mainstream medical standard for considering a cure has taken place with cancer.
