Can colloidal silver or colloidal gold cause an allergic reaction?

(UtopiaSilver.com) A small number of people do have allergies to various metals and if you cannot wear silver or gold jewelry because of an allergy, it may advisable not to supplement with them either. Metal allergies are usually manifested by a light rash and/or itching. Note also that some silver jewelry allergies are not to the silver at all, but to the nickel content of “sterling silver”.  To determine if you are allergic to colloidal silver or colloidal gold simply put a small amount on the soft tissue of the arm inside the elbow.
