Shipping Information
All oders in the United States will be charged actual shipping & handling. All International Orders have a higher shipping rate charged by the shipping companies. After we receive your order online, we will contact you by E-mail with the International rate to your location. Your order will not be shipped until you approve the International shipping charge. Please be sure and include a valid E-mail address with your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER NOTICE:
Please do not place your International order on the shopping cart. International orders outside the USA and Canada are by Email Only. Orders must be pre-paid by cashiers check, money order or Western Union . Credit Cards and other payments are not accepted unless pre-approved by us with established customers.
To order, please proceed as follows:
- Email your order to orders@utopiasilver.com along with your name and shipping address.
- We will then email you the product total and the international shipping cost.
- Your products will ship after your cashiers check or money order clears our Bank.
International shipments usually take from 14 to 28 days or more before delivery of your order.
We appreciate your business, but if you are unwilling to allow 2 to 6 weeks for international delivery, please do not order. Once the package is picked up by the shipping company, we have absolutely no control over the delivery process.
