Rose Laurel OPC Plus (Oleander
Pure Concentrate) is an immune supporting herbal supplement containing
100mg per serving of Nerium Oleander Pure Extract in a capsule form.
Nerium Oleander has been used for healing purposes for thousands
of years to detoxify the body at the cellular level, enhance energy
and increase stamina, induce normal cell elimination, and to generally
maintain good health and longevity.
Membrane Complex is a combination
of calcium, magnesium, and potassium in AEP (amino ethanol phosphate)
form which allows for optimal absorption by the body’s cells
to correct any deficiency of these essential minerals.
Calcium (CA) is "the most
abundant mineral in the body and combines with phosphorus to form
calcium phosphate in the bones and teeth. It is essential for the
normal functioning of nerves and muscles and plays a role in blood
coagulation (as factor IV) and in many enzymatic processes."
Potassium (K) is "the chief
cation in the intracellular fluid of muscle and other cells. Potassium
ion is a strong electrolyte and it plays a significant role in the
regulation of fluid volume and maintenance of the water-electrolyte
balance."
Magnesium (MG) "is important
for the activity of many enzymes, especially those involved in oxidative

Toxicity:
According to the OPC manufacturer, no reports of
toxicity have been received from clinicians supervising patients
experiencing Oleander Extract Therapy. Although oleander leaves
and stems are toxic in their raw form, the toxic oils have been
extracted leaving the pure concentrate. Supplementation as suggested
with this herb seldom if ever exhibits any severe adverse side effects,
but they are possible. (See the Important Notice below.)
Possible Side Effects
from this dietary supplement may be slight nausea and diarrhea,
ithing, pain at a tumor site, tachycardia and heart arrhythmias.
On rare occasion vomiting may be experienced and use should be either
reduced or discontinued. Because of its blood-thinning properties,
people on medical blood-thinning preparations should consult their
doctors before using OPC. People on heart-active drugs, such as
digoxin (Lanoxin®) or anti-arrhythmics should also speak to
their healthcare professionals before using the mixture. No other
drug interactions have been reported. Pregnant women should preferably
not use the mixture due to its anti-angiogenesis effect. Other short
term detoxification symptoms like a slight rash, runny nose, pimples,
