Suggested Use:
One heaping scoop twice daily, dissolve in 6-8 fl oz of water or your favorite beverage. Mix well before drinking. Best taken on an empty stomach and used with Flax Oil and Bromelain.

Membrane Complex is a combination of calcium, magnesium, and potassium in AEP (amino ethanol phosphate) form which allows for optimal absorption by the body’s cells to correct any deficiency of these essential minerals.

Calcium (CA) is "the most abundant mineral in the body and combines with phosphorus to form calcium phosphate in the bones and teeth. It is essential for the normal functioning of nerves and muscles and plays a role in blood coagulation (as factor IV) and in many enzymatic processes."

Potassium (K) is "the chief cation in the intracellular fluid of muscle and other cells. The Potassium ion is a strong electrolyte and it plays a significant role in the regulation of fluid volume and maintenance of the water-electrolyte balance."

Magnesium (MG) "is important for the activity of many enzymes, especially those involved in oxidative phosphorylation (i.e., electron transfer through the cytochrome system liberating free energy which is transformed into high-energy phosphate bonds.)

Important Notice: In the case of the elderly and those who have severe calcium, magnesium, and/or potassium deficiencies, it is important that a regimen of calcium, magnesium & potassium AEP, Zinc Balance, and broad spectrum 75 trace minerals supplementation be used at least 2 weeks prior to and during any therapeutic use of IP-6/Inositol. If you have any history of heart issues, such as heart arrhythmia or angina, this period of enhanced supplementation should be for 4-6 weeks prior to the therapeutic use of IP-6/Inositol and should also include Membrane Complex and Dr. Christopher's Heart Syrup. In cases of proper use of IP-6/Inositol, these products generally serve to lessen the chances of adverse reactions.

Possible Side Effects of Cell Forte’ IP-6/Inositol:

Side Effects from this dietary supplement may be slight heart arrhythmias in those who have severe Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium deficiencies, as IP-6/Inositol can accelerate the utilization of these minerals. On rare occasion vomiting may be experienced and use should be either reduced or discontinued. People on heart-active drugs, such as digoxin (Lanoxin®) or anti-arrhythmics should also speak to their healthcare professional before using the mixture. No other drug interactions have been reported.
