The Silver Bullet Colloidal Generator

This generator is powered by 120 volts AC with an output of 48 volts DC and never requires batteries. This unit makes a colloidal product that with longer cook times can have a relatively good particle content and works very efficiently with silver or copper electrodes. Please Note: Copper requires much longer cook times as it is a much harder metal than silver.
Production Instructions:
- Attach the black generator onto the board matching Velcro to Velcro and plug the small end of the 120 volt power cord into the generator and the 120 volt wall plug end of the power cord into the timer receptacle. (Do not plug into your power receptacle until all other steps are complete.)
- Attach the black and red alligator clips from the generator to the 1/8” of bare metal of the electrodes protruding from the red rubber holders. (These alligator clips are your 48 volt DC output. One is positive and the other is negative.)
- Now you can set your timer to the desired cooking and cooling times. This will also extend the life of your generator and electrodes in case you forget to turn the generator off.
Timer Setting: The timer has two positions selected by a slide switch on top of the timer; Outlet On and Timer On.
- Slide the grey switch on the top side of the timer to “Timer On”.
- Looking at the dial, pull all the grey switches out from the face of the dial.
- Set the “Time Now” arrow to the nearest ½ hour on the appropriate Day or Night scale and push down the two grey switches immediately after your time setting. Each switch represents ½ hour increments, so two depressed switches will give you 1 hour of ‘cooking time”. It doesn’t matter if the actual day/night time is not perfectly accurate.
- Leave the next switch past the two depressed ones in an out position, giving ½ hour of cool down/off time. To ensure that the two electrodes both wear down somewhat uniformly simply switch the red and the black electrode clips. You may also wipe the residue from the electrodes if you want less silver oxide in your product, but it isn’t harmful or necessary.)
- If you want a stronger product with more particles, simply repeat the cycle settings around the dial as you desire. (Particles will be evidenced by color; the more color, the more particle content.)
- Fill the 1 quart glass jar to the top of the shoulder with distilled water. Test the distilled water PPM reading with the TDS-1 tester to be sure it is at 1 PPM or less.
- Insert the two electrodes into the holes on the white board allowing about 1/8” to stick above the red rubber electrode holders and place the assembly board onto the glass jar with the electrodes in the water. (Do not allow the electrodes to touch each other after the unit is plugged in as it may short out and damage the generator.)
- Last, plug the timer into a 120 volt wall outlet and the timer will start automatically.
Note: Ionic content will register on the TDS-1 meter, but particle content will not. Particle content will be evidenced by its color since particles reflect light and ions do not. This DC process makes a primarily ionic product with a good dispersal of silver particles with repeated cook times. This is the most effective colloidal silver generator
on the market for a price under $100.00. It is simple to use without
unnecessary bells and whistles and produces some of the best combination
ionic and particle silver colloids by a non-commercial generator
unit. This generator produces a primarily ionic product, but with
longer ‘cook’ times can make a particle product of
up to 35 percent.
Although this home generator can produce a very
effective colloid, if you require a more therapeutic internal
use, it may be necessary to use a higher particle silver such

Alternate Instructions:
1. Fill the 1 quart glass jar to the shoulder
with distilled water. Use the TDS1 tester to be sure the PPM reading
of the distilled water is at 1 or less.
2. Insert the two electrodes into the board holes allowing 1/8”
to stick above the green rubber electrode holders and place the
assembly board onto the glass jar. (Be sure that the electrodes
do not touch each other after the unit is plugged in.)
3. Attach the generator onto the board matching the Velcro and
plug the 120 volt power cord into the generator and then into
the timer.
4. Attach the black and red alligator clips from the generator
to the bare metal of the electrodes protruding from the green
rubber holders. (These alligator clips are your 48 volt DC output.)
5. This step can be skipped unless you desire to change the timer
settings, which are already set according to the following instructions.
(Note: It is not necessary to set the real time of day. To get
started after setting your pins for the start and stop cycles,
just rotate your first green pin to a position just to the left
of the roller actuator switch which is on the top left hand side
of the timer.)
a. Use a green pin to set the first start time.
b. Use a red pin to set the first stop time at about 1-1/2 hour
later.
c. Use a green pin to set the second start time at ½ hour
later to allow a cool down period. This will extend the life of
your generator. (During this cool down time, wipe the silver oxide
from the electrodes and switch the red and the black electrode
clips. This will ensure that the two electrodes both wear down
somewhat uniformly.)
d. Use a red pin to set the second stop time. ( 1-1/2 hour ...
this can be a little longer, if desired)
6. Check to be sure that the first green pin is in a position
just to the left of the roller actuator switch which is on the
top left hand side of the timer.
7. Last, plug the timer into a 110-120 volt outlet and turn the
timer on using the roller actuator switch.
8. Between running times, wipe the dark color residue (simply silver oxide) build up off of the electrodes.
If you desire a stronger PPM and higher particle
content, simply rotate the setting pins around just to the left
side of the roller actuator switch and restart the process.
Note: This generator makes a primarily ionic product
and ionic content will register on the TDS EZ meter, but particle
content will not. Particle content will be evidenced by its color
since particles reflect light and ions do not.
