You can design a program with any one or any combination of these tools that you choose.

Website Design:
USS can create a website to your design specifications to fulfill your business requirements. Costs generally range from a base of $625.00 up to $2500.00, depending on the amount of time required to complete the design. All costs, including domain registration, website hosting, email hosting, data base hosting and all cost associated with setting up a functional website must be paid by the client at the time that the website design is approved. These fees will be determined per individual client, depending on their specifications, and are valid for 30 days from submission of the quote. USS requires a 25% deposit before work begins on your website. USS reserves the right to reject any website specifications not within standards of good taste or in accordance with legal requirements.
Label Design:
USS can design a label to your specifications to present the best image possible for your new product. Per label costs generally range from a base of $150.00 up to $350.00, depending on the amount of time required to complete the design. All other costs, including purchased stock photos, printer set up fees, and minimum label runs, for the project are in addition to the design price and must be paid by the client at the time the label design is approved and before label printing is ordered. These fees will be determined per individual client, depending on their specifications, and are valid for 30 days from submission of the quote. USS requires a 50% deposit before work begins on your label design. The design balance, as well as 50% of all other costs, is due at the time the label order is placed with our printer. Exceptions may be made if other arrangements are mutually agreed upon and client credit is approved. USS reserves the right to reject any label specifications not within standards of good taste or in accordance with legal requirements.
Shopping Cart :
USS can also provide you with our customized shopping cart to accommodate a broad range of categories and customer purchases on your website. This cart is available only as a monthly lease, with rates starting at $150.00 per month. Initial set up is included and pricing depends upon the number of categories and products to be included in your shopping cart. The monthly fee also includes merchant account set up and order management.
Website Hosting & Maintenance :
USS can also provide you with website hosting, as well as maintenance for your website and shopping cart. Pricing is determined on an individual basis, depending on the size and content of the website and shopping cart. Quotes will be given when details of your requirements are submitted.
Fulfillment and Shipping Services:
USS can fulfill your orders via fax, email, or your automated shopping cart and ship direct from our facilities so that you never have to handle your products. Quotes will be given when details of your requirements are submitted.
Colloidal Silver & Gold Private Label Product Orders:
USS has the following minimum quantities on all private label colloidal silver and gold products. If our labeling is used or unlabeled bottles are purchased, no minimum quantities are required.

Product Packaging:
Bottled products are packed and shipped in double case boxes of 18- 8oz glass bottles per case and 24 cases per pallet. Other sizes, as well as plastic bottles can be quoted upon request. Barrels are 55-gallon food grade HDPE drums shipped one barrel per pallet.
Product Samples:
USS will upon request supply product free of charge for testing or sampling. Samples will be shipped by the next business day via USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS Ground.
Quotes:
USS will send you a formal quote on your requested products when details of your requirements are submitted. After the quote is submitted to the client, it must be signed and a copy returned to us prior to the initial purchase order. A quote will be valid for 30 days from submission and may be renewed upon review.
Purchase Orders:
USS requires a written purchase order for all customer orders. The purchase order must include a purchase order reference number, a shipping address, a ing address, your contact information, specific order and quantities, and shipping instructions.
Warranty & Returns:
USS does not accept returns on private label products, or bulk products over one gallon unless there is an issue of quality control. The client user has the responsibility for evaluating and testing their products if they are not sure of it’s efficacy. No additional warranty or performance assurances are implied. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipper and the shipper’s client. Silver and Gold Colloidal products should not be subjected to freezing temperatures and “Do Not Freeze” warnings will be placed on our packaging.
USS makes no claims nor guarantees any result and assumes no liability to the end users of these products.
Shipping:
Pricing is quoted FOB Utopia, Texas .
Domestic Orders are shipped according to the customer’s instructions. USS can arrange for the order to be shipped using our discounted rates and charge the customer the actual shipping charges, or the customer can make their own shipping arrangements. Pallet orders should be shipped via common carrier; non-pallets orders should be shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS, according to the customer’s preference.
International Orders : the customer client must arrange all international shipments. USS must be given written authorization of the designated freight forwarder with contact information before releasing the shipment to that freight carrier.
International Orders & Shipment:
Once the order is designated for shipment, USS will print an invoice and fax a copy to the customer so they can then schedule the freight shipment with their carrier.
Terms & Methods of Payment:
USS requires a 50% deposit before the order of Private Label products is processed. At that time, labels, bottling stocks, and packaging materials are purchased from our vendors and the order is placed on the production schedule. The balance of payment is due when the product is ready for shipment. Exceptions may be made if other arrangements are mutually agreed upon and client credit is approved.
Domestic Shipments: Credit Card (MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express), Check or Net 30 days, pending prior credit approval.
International Shipments: Bank to Bank Letter of Credit, Credit Card, or Wire Transfer at the time of order, unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon.
Wire Transfer Instructions:
All International Wire Instructions will be handled between our Bank and the client your Bank.
